**Please expect global shipping delays due to COVID-19. Domestic (Canada) orders can take up to 2-4 weeks, while international orders can be up to 3-10 weeks. 

 

Holiday 2021 Shipping Update

Shipping Rate - Standard Shipping (Untracked)

Shipping calculated based on order weight. 

Standard shipping is through Canada Post letter mail and the rate ranges from:

Canada $1.25 - $7 CAD
United States $2.25 - $11 CAD
International (everywhere else) $3.25 - $13 CAD

 

Please note that Standard Shipping is UNTRACKED, therefore no tracking number will be provided. If you wish to receive a tracking number please select a tracked shipping option during the checkout process. 

 

Shipping Rate - Tracked Shipping 

USPS First Class Tracked (for US customers only)

Available for US customers only, this option is available for stickers and/or washi tape orders. 

Rate varies as it is calculated based on orders weight, please proceed to the checkout page to receive an accurate shipping cost estimate.

 

Upgrades with Canada Post (for all customers) 

Rates will be provided by Canada Post, and they are automated and calculated by Shopify based on your order weight. 

Yes tracked shipping is expensive, however we do not profit off shipping. What you pay is what we have to pay to Canada Post to have it delivered.

International Shipping & Courier

We ship world wide using Canada Post for standard shipping and all international tracked shipping (excluding US). Once it gets to the destination country, it will be handled by the local postal service (USPS for US orders, Royal Mail for UK orders...etc). 

US tracked orders are shipped through USPS through a Canadian third party. 

 

Tracked Shipping

Although it cost more, the tracked shipping option is recommended, as it gives you updates throughout the shipping process and receive an estimated delivery date.

  • NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT for orders shipped with Standard Shipping. Please order with tracking if concerned.
  • Please do not dm or email me if you ordered with standard shipping, I will not know where your order is and as stated above, no refunds or replacements will be offered.
  • Orders with tracking - please ONLY email or dm me if it has been 3 month after your order was DISPATCHED (not ordered).

Customs, Duties, Taxes, VAT (U.S. and International orders only)

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or tariffs...etc. incurred on your order. All fees incurred during the shipping process are responsibility of the purchasing customer.

 

 

Common Questions

Is my order shipped with tracking?
  • Depends on which shipping option you selected during checkout. If you selected the Standard - No tracking option, then tracking number is not provided. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

  • Current processing time is 5 business days, therefore your order will be shipped within 5 business days. unless otherwise stated.
  • I do not accomodate rush requests, as delivery timelines are currently unreliable due to stress on global shipping caused by the pandemic.

 

My order/products arrived with damages, what do I do?

  • Boooo, that's no fun! We try our best to package our products to mitigate damages during shipping, but unfortunately it still happens occasionally. 
  • Please take photos (the more the better!) of the damage, including: how the package arrived, damages on the exterior packaging, interior damage, and any product damages. And send those photos and get in touch with us at info@togetherwithkx.com, so we can figure out a solution!

 

I still have not received my order yet, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. With the current pandemic, shipping has been taking longer than normal. Please give it another 1-2 weeks. 
  • If your order was shipped with tracking, please contact us through email or Instagram DM if it has been THREE MONTH after your order was DISPATCHED (not placed). 
  • If your order was shipped with no tracking (aka standard shipping) - NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT for orders shipped with Standard Shipping. Please order with tracking if concerned.

 

I still have not received my order yet, where is it? Do you have a tracking number?

  • Please check your order confirmation, if it was shipped with STANDARD, it is non-tracked, and no shipping will be provided, as reiterated on etsy, shopify and IG stories and highlights.
  • If your order was shipped with TRACKING, please check your tracking for shipment updates, once I dispatch the order I do not have control over where your order is, how it will be delivered or the delivery timeline.

 

Can you ship my order through XXX courier?

  • No, I ship through Canada Post and USPS currently only.
  • I will take your recommendation as a suggestion, however I will not be shipping with any courier that I am not familiar with or have not done research on.

 

Do you still ship to UK?

  • Yes, but only on Etsy, this is due to the new UK VAT laws (January 2021). I am not registered for UK VAT on my own, however Etsy as an online marketplace is registered. Therefore, UK customers can only shop on Etsy.
