What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched within 3-5 business days, you will receive a dispatch email.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Please send an email to email@example.com within 2 hours after placing your order if you require changes to your order.
Where do you ship?

What currency is your shop in?
The shop is in Canadian Dollars (CAD), however there is an option to convert the currency to USD, AUD, EUR, GBP and NZD.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: CAD, USD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR and SGD.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
I cannot find this product, I saw it on your Instagram but it is sold out on the site?
The item would be sold out, please watch out for restock alerts on Instagram. Or message me on Instagram and I can double check the inventory to see if there are any available!
If an washi tape & memo pad are sold out, unfortunately they are sold out permanently and will not be restocked in the future.
Do you offer price adjustments?
No price adjustments after your order is placed.
