The item could be sold out, however you can keep an eye out for restocks announcements on Instagram. Also, feel free to message us regarding any particular product, and we will try our best to make it available for you to purchase!


The shop is in Canadian Dollars (CAD), however there is an option to convert the currency to USD, AUD, EUR, GBP and NZD. 

The button is located on the bottom left of the site. See photo below. 


Payment is accepted in the following currencies: CAD, USD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, SGD.

For all other currencies - your total will be displayed in CAD (unless you have changed the currency to another accepted currency listed above). Your payment provider (Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex..etc.) should then convert your order total to your native currency.

Yes, all sales are FINAL, therefore no refunds will be offered if your order is lost/undelivered. 

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrectly, please message us with photo proofs to info@togetherwithkx.com. You will either get refunded for the damaged/incorrect item excluding shipping (for the damage or incorrect item only, not for the whole order). Or get the damaged/incorrect items resend to you. 

Delivery errors:

- We will not resend or refund orders lost or returned due to wrong shipping address, please double check your shipping address during check out. If you realized an error after you have already checked out, please email us within 24 hours. 

- If your order was returned to us (not due to wrong shipping address), we will get in contact with you. Which may cause you to pay for shipping again.


No price adjustments after your order is placed. Sales and discount codes are announced ahead of time on Instagram, please follow our Instagram for the latest sale, discount and giveaway announcements.
